AllowMe – Refund Policy (Services Only)

This Refund Policy applies to all service-based offerings provided through the AllowMe platform, operated by ThinkBig Applications LLP. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Cancellation Policy

ThinkBig Applications LLP provides service-based offerings only. Cancellation requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 2 days of placing the order and before the service has been initiated.

  • Once the service has been started, scheduled, or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the service has already been initiated or partially delivered.

  • If the customer fails to provide required information or availability necessary to deliver the service.

  • If delays occur due to customer-side constraints.

Service Quality Issues

If the service delivered is not as described or does not meet the agreed scope, customers must report the issue within 2 days of service delivery.

After review and verification, an appropriate resolution, including a refund or service correction, may be offered at the sole discretion of ThinkBig Applications LLP.

Refund Processing (PhonePe Standard)

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider, as per PhonePe Payment Gateway guidelines.
